Goldman Sachs downgraded Flughafen Zuerich (UZAPF) to Neutral from Buy with an unchanged CHF 270 price target Traffic growth in 2025 has been much stronger than the firm initially modeled going into the year, and reflecting this, Goldman’s regulated EBIT estimate for 2025 goes up by 6%, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm adds however that the risk-reward on the stock looks less compelling following recent outperformance.
