TD Cowen lowered the firm’s price target on Floor & Decor to $77 from $80 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. The firm said they posted a solid 3Q top and bottom line are positives, but the firmis more cautious on 4Q given a slower start and tough compares. Cowen expects tariffs to start to flow through in 4Q, but the company should be well positioned to pass through small price increases as price gaps widen, and the firm doesn’t anticipate risk to GM.
