Wells Fargo analyst Zachary Fadem lowered the firm’s price target on Floor & Decor to $75 from $80 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. The firm says that while Q1 was solid and quarter-to-date better, the company lowered its 2025 outlook to incorporate low visibility, tariff headwinds and lower store growth. While the tariff playbook is proven, inventory turns low and mitigation underway, it’s too early to call 2025 de-risked, Wells adds.
