FlexShopper (FPAY) announced that it received a deficiency notification letter from Nasdaq on August 21. The notice indicated that FlexShopper does not comply with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250 for continued listing of its common stock as a result of its failure to timely file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30.
