Flexible Solutions (FSI) announces the sale of the company’s Mendota Plant. The Company has sold its main plant in Mendota, IL while retaining a long-term lease at the site for FSI’s ENP division. The small profit or small loss from this action will be accounted for in Q4. Dan O’Brien, CEO, comments, “The Mendota plant was purchased in order to situate all of our ENP division in a single plant and to free up space in our Peru, IL plant for expansion of our food grade division. This transaction retains both those benefits while also reducing debt and freeing executive time to focus on growth.”
