Flexible Solutions announces offer to acquire agriculture company declined

Flexible Solutions (FSI) announced an offer made to acquire an agriculture company was declined. The company said, “FSI recently made a buy out offer for 70% of a medium sized agriculture-oriented company based in Indiana. Our offer terms were 5 times full year 2025 ebitda plus 2.5 times full year 2025 ebitda across 3 years based on performance. The offer was declined by the Board of the target without a vote and was not presented to the general shareholders. FSI will not increase its offer as we feel that the offer we made represents full value. FSI has removed the debt financing we had in place for the acquisition.”
