Fitch Ratings upgraded PG&E’s long-term issuer default ratings to “BBB” from “BB+” with a positive outlook. The upgrade reflects PG&E’s progress on handling wildfire risk and the enactment of California’s Senate Bill 254, Fitch said in a statement.
