The company stated: “On May 7, 2024, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP informed Fisker Inc. that PwC is declining to stand for re-appointment as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the integrated audit of the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024. There is no dispute between the Company and PwC. PwC’s reports on the Company’s financial statements for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2023 and December 31, 2022 contained no adverse opinion or disclaimer of opinion and were not qualified or modified as to uncertainty, audit scope or accounting principles, except that the report as of and for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023 included an explanatory paragraph relating to substantial doubt about the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern.”
