Fiserv (FI) announced that it has acquired CCV, a payment solutions provider in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. The acquisition enables Fiserv to accelerate the deployment of its Clover platform and operating system across Europe. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
