First Capital announced that William Harrod has retired from his role as president and CEO of the company. Effective July 1, Michael Frederick will assume the role of president and CEO of the company. Frederick currently serves as the president and CEO of the bank, previously served as the CFO of the bank and the company, and has been affiliated with the Bank since 1990.
