Credit scores will begin to take into account the loans tied to the “pay later” option at checkout, Imani Moise of The Wall Street Journal reports. FICO (FICO) plans to roll out a new model that factors into its scores the “buy now, pay later” loans, which would be the first time the company has introduced a score to account for a type of loan. Companies in the space include Affirm (AFRM) and Klarna (KLAR).
