JPMorgan downgraded Fibra Macquarie Mexico to Neutral from Overweight with a price target of MXN 35, up from MXN 33. The analyst updated ratings in Mexico real estate. While it might be a bit early to add positions, there is limited downside from current levels, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
