As previously reported, HSBC analyst Michael Tyndall downgraded Ferrari (RACE) to Hold from Buy with a price target of EUR 345, down from EUR 415. Efforts to reset expectations mean the company is focusing on the negatives, says the analyst, who cites “weak messaging” for the downgrade but doesn’t believe the underlying fundamentals of the business have degraded.
