According to a regulatory filing, on July 17, 2025, FedEx (FDX) Corporation announced that FedEx and Sriram Krishnasamy have mutually agreed that, effective July 17, 2025, Krishnasamy will step down as the company’s Executive Vice President – Chief Digital and Information Officer and Chief Transformation Officer. Krishnasamy will remain employed by the company as an Executive Advisor until October 31, 2025, or such earlier date as agreed to by the company and Krishnasamy. FedEx and Krishnasamy are finalizing the compensation and other terms regarding Krishnasamy’s departure.
