FactSet board approves $400M share repurchase authorization

FactSet (FDS) repurchased 184,050 shares of its common stock for $80.7M at an average price of $438.45 during the third quarter of fiscal 2025 under the Company’s share repurchase program. As of May 31, 2025, $106.2M remained available for share repurchases under this program. Additionally, on June 17, 2025, the Board of Directors of FactSet approved a new share repurchase authorization of up to $400M, which will be available on September 1, 2025.
