The FAA said in a statement on Sunday that Delta Air Lines (DAL) Flight 1770 “safely returned to LaGuardia Airport in New York around 2:45 p.m. local time on Sunday, March 22, after the crew reported smoke in the cockpit. The Airbus (EADSY) A220 was headed to Nassau, Bahamas. The FAA will investigate.”
