F.N.B. Chief Audit Executive Christine Tvaroch retires, Ronda Edkins to succeed

F.N.B. Corporation announced that Chief Audit Executive Christine Tvaroch is retiring after nearly 30 years of service to the Company. She will be succeeded by Ronda Edkins, who joined FNB in 2023 as Chief Operational Risk Officer. FNB’s Chief Audit Executive is responsible for providing independent assurance to the Company’s Audit Committee and Board of Directors regarding the effectiveness of governance, risk and control processes. In her new position, Edkins directs teams in evaluating financial, operational and information technology controls based on assessment of risk and compliance with corporate policies and government laws and regulations applicable to banking.
