Proxy advisory firms Glass Lewis and Institutional Shareholder Services have recommended that shareholders of Exxon Mobil (XOM) and Chevron (CVX) vote against certain board positions, including Exxon’s proposed redomicile to Texas, ahead of annual meetings where climate and human rights proposals are expected to draw close scrutiny, Reuters’ Sheila Dang reports.
