Expion360 appoints Hammer as CEO, Chairman

Expion360 (XPON) announced the appointment of Joseph Hammer as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective October 16, 2025, succeeding Brian Schaffner, Chief Executive Officer, and Paul Shoun, President and Chairman of the Board, both of whom have stepped down from their respective roles at the Company.
