Everspin Technologies names William Cooper as new CFO

Everspin Technologies (MRAM) announced that William “Bill” Cooper has joined the company and was appointed Chief Financial Officer, effective January 6, 2025. Cooper joins Everspin from Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), where he has held various executive finance positions since 2017. He was most recently Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, responsible for leading the annual and quarterly planning and budgeting process globally.
