Morgan Stanley raised the firm’s price target on Evercore (EVR) to $381 from $376 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. Evercore delivered a high quality 27% EPS beat versus consensus, driven by strong investment banking revenue and a step down in adjusted comp ratio to 62% in Q4, bringing FY25 to 64.2%, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm added that momentum is building across all of Evercore’s businesses into 2026.
