Evercore ISI reiterated an Outperform rating and $200 price target on Arista Networks (ANET) after it was announced that AMD (AMD) and Meta (META) had extended their partnership to a 6GW DC deployment. The firm told investors that this is a sizable positive for Arista Networks given their ability to ramp up share higher in AMD clusters compared to Nvidia (NVDA). Evercore added that as compute spend gets diversified, it works to the advantage of Arista and that it remains a “unique beneficiary” from model builders investing to scale up their networking infrastructure.
