EverCommerce (EVCM) has sold its Marketing Technology solutions to Ignite Visibility. The Market Technology solutions, collectively known as “EverConnect,” will operate as an integrated business within the Ignite Visibility product set and continue to service its existing customer base. Today’s announcement marks the end of the strategic review process that was announced in March. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
