B. Riley lowered the firm’s price target on Etsy (ETSY) to $70 from $78 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Etsy reported Q4 results largely in line with expectations, with slightly higher adjusted EBITDA, and guided for continued positive growth in its core marketplace in 1Q26 and FY26, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The $1.2B Depop sale adds value for shareholders, while ongoing initiatives in personalization, mobile GMS, and agentic commerce signal improving KPIs and a strengthening growth trajectory, the firm says.
