Mizuho raised the firm’s price target on Essential Properties Realty Trust (EPRT) to $37 from $33 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm updated real estate investment trust targets to reflect the Q4 reports. The sector setup has become less clear following a new war with Iran and spike in oil prices that is driving up inflation and slowing growth, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Mizuho says this combination has historically weighed on REITs and “increases the need for selectivity.”
