Stifel lowered the firm’s price target on Equity Residential (EQR) to $80 from $82.25 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Equity Residential reported Q1 normalized FFO per share of 95c, 2c above the firm’s estimate and 1c above the Street view, the analyst noted.
