Truist lowered the firm’s price target on Equity Lifestyle (ELS) to $71 from $72 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares following quarterly results. Factoring in softer Canadian travel, the firm embed a $2.7M headwind to 2025 RV revenue and a further $3.3M drag on seasonal RV revenue in Q1 2026. Truist’s latest web scrape shows Equity Lifestyle RV Street rates have flipped from roughly +4% in Q1 2025 to about -3% to -4% in early-mid April, though improved booking volumes could cushion that rate pressure.
