BofA raised the firm’s price target on EPR Properties (EPR) to $51 from $43 and keeps an Underperform rating on the shares. Week 3 net lease results were mostly positive, with EPR reporting a beat and raise, notes the analyst, who is “surprised by the robust deal activity in the net lease space given volatility in the capital markets.” The firm updated its model for earnings, but reiterates an Underperform due to EPR’s higher exposure to theatres.
