Jefferies notes that EPA on Friday released its final renewable fuel standard volume mandates for 2026 and 2027, setting the highest biofuel blending requirements in the program’s 20-year history. The updated RVO represents “a meaningful tailwind” for Darling Ingredients (DAR) and Archer Daniels (ADM), says the analyst, who also calls the EPA cellulosic RINs news positive for Clean Energy (CLNE) and Gevo (GEVO).
