Enviri price target raised to $25 from $24 at Lake Street

Lake Street analyst Rob Brown raised the firm’s price target on Enviri (NVRI) to $25 from $24 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The sale of Clean Earth for $3B remains on track to close by mid-2026 and the firm believes the new-co is worth $7-$10 per share based its 2026 estimates, which it says is “well above” the roughly $2.50 per share implied in the current share price.
