Entergy COO Pete Norgeot to retire, Kimberly Cook-Nelson to succeed

Entergy’s (ETR) board of directors announced the retirement of Pete Norgeot, executive vice president and COO, effective May 1. Kimberly Cook-Nelson, executive vice president and chief nuclear officer, will replace Norgeot as COO, and John Dinelli, senior vice president and COO for Entergy’s nuclear operations will be promoted to executive vice president and chief nuclear officer. In this role, Dinelli will serve as a member of the office of the chief executive reporting directly to Chair and CEO Drew Marsh.
