Many enrollees of Affordable Car Act, ACA, plans are now learning about hefty increase in what they may pay next year, Anna Wilde Mathews and Sabrian Siddiqui of The Wall Street Journal reports. Approx. 24M Americans enrolled in ACA health plans are receiving letters related to their 2026 rates and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services recently released their rates for plans. Based on the data, research nonprofit KFF said the average increase in premiums will be 26%. Publicly traded companies in the space include CVS Health (CVS), Centene (CNC), Cigna (CI), Elevance Health (ELV), Humana (HUM), Molina Healthcare (MOH) and UnitedHealth (UNH).
