Jefferies lowered the firm’s price target on Enphase Energy (ENPH) to $41 from $54 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Soft Q2 core guide triggered a selloff, but management views Q1 as the low point, notes the analyst, who adds that the focus now turns to Q3 and later. The firm expects weakness in the stock to continue until “credible datapoints on PPLs” are seen, the analyst added.
