Ennis acquires Northeastern Envelope, terms not disclosed

Ennis (EBF) announced its acquisition of Northeastern Envelope in Old Forge, PA. Founded in 1966, Northeastern Envelope is a manufacturer to the trade of a wide of variety of envelopes. In addition to their custom converting and manufacturing, Northeastern inventories hundreds of double window and single window envelopes allowing for same day shipping. “Northeastern Envelope and the Burke family are well known and respected throughout the envelope manufacturing industry. The addition of Northeastern to our existing facilities Wisco Envelopes and National Imprint strengthens Ennis’ envelope converting and printing in this strategic part of the country where we service many customers,” said Keith Walters, Chairman, President & CEO of Ennis, Inc. “I want to offer a special welcome to the Ennis family to all of our new employees and customers.”
