Enerpac Tool (EPAC) announced that Darren Kozik is joining the company as executive VP and CFO effective October 28. He will report to Paul Sternlieb, president and CEO, and serve as a member of the company’s executive leadership team. Kozik will provide leadership over all aspects of the company’s finance and IT functions globally. Kozik joins Enerpac Tool Group from ManpowerGroup (MAN).
