B. Riley raised the firm’s price target on Energy Fuels (UUUU) to $27 from $22 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The stock has outperformed peers in 2026 on confidence in White Mesa’s rare-earth refining capabilities and supportive U.S. policy aimed at securing critical minerals, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Performance for the year will depend on execution, downstream M&A, offtake progress, terbium oxide validation, and Donald project Final Investment Decision, the firm says.
