The firm is adjusting its model after the company’s Q2 earnings miss and its below-consensus guidance, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Longer term, Truist remains positive on the view that the battery category is returning to its historical role as a stable, consumer staple category that generates consistently high levels of free cash flow.
