Enerflex (EFXT) announced that Marc Rossiter has stepped down as president, CEO, and director, effective immediately. Preet Dhindsa, Enerflex’s current senior VP and CFO, will serve as interim CEO. Dhindsa joined Enerflex in October 2023 and is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of experience, primarily in the energy and financial services industries. Joe Ladouceur, VP treasury, tax and insurance, will serve as interim CFO. The board is undertaking a search to identify the company’s next CEO and has retained a leading executive search firm to assist with this process.
