Encompass Health reports Q4 adjusted EPS $1.17, consensus $1.02

Reports Q4 revenue $1.4B, consensus $1.38B. “The fourth quarter was a very strong finish to 2024,” said President and CEO of Encompass Health (EHC) Mark Tarr. “Discharge growth of 7.8% facilitated an increase of 12.7% in net operating revenue and an increase of 13.6% in Adjusted EBITDA. For the full year, net operating revenue increased 11.9% and Adjusted EBITDA grew 13.7%. In 2024, we increased our capacity by a total of 427 beds through new hospitals and bed additions to existing hospitals. Our value proposition and operating strategy continue to be validated and we remain bullish on the long-term prospects of our business.”
