Encompass Health (EHC) announced preliminary plans to build a freestanding, 50-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital in the master-planned community of Waterset in Apollo Beach, Florida. The hospital, expected to open in 2027, will be part of Encompass Health’s national network of rehabilitation hospitals and its ongoing expansion in Florida.
