Emcor (EME) announced that its board of directors has approved an increase to the company’s regular quarterly dividend to 40c per share from 25c per share. The board expects to declare this cash dividend starting in the first quarter of 2026. The company also announced that its board has authorized an additional $500M for the purchase of shares of its outstanding common stock under its existing share repurchase program.
