Jefferies analyst James Heaney downgraded Electronic Arts (EA) to Hold from Buy with a price target of $210, up from $200, after the company agreed to be taken private at $210 per share by a consortium of Silver Lake, Affinity Partners, and the Saudi PIF. Jefferies sees limited obstacles to the deal closing or likelihood of additional bids.
