Stifel upgraded Eiffage to Buy from Hold with a price target of EUR 125, up from EUR 101. Eiffage has underperformed the market and its closest peer for over a year, mainly due to concerns about capital allocation, and this has resulted in a marked valuation discount, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says the shares are “too cheap to ignore.”
