Ecarx (ECX) announced that it had entered into a securities purchase agreement with ATW Partners, a New York-based investment firm, under which the company may issue and sell convertible notes for up to an aggregate principal amount of $150M. D. Boral Capital acted as the exclusive placement agent for the offering.
