The Eastern Company announced that the Company has acquired certain assets of Sureflex, Inc. The Company did not disclose the terms of the transaction. Sureflex, which manufactures tractor-trailer electrical connection cable assemblies, will be part of Eastern’s Velvac subsidiary.
