Eagle Pharmaceuticals disclosed late Friday that Brian Cahill resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. The board has instituted a search for Cahill’s successor as CFO. Steven Ratoff, a member of the board and Chair of the Audit Committee of the Board, was appointed Interim CFO, Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of the company, effective immediately, to serve until such time as a new CFO commences employment or such other date determined by the board.
