Goldman Sachs analyst Jerry Revich lowered the firm’s price target on Eagle Materials (EXP) to $242 from $252 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares after its Q4 earnings miss. The firm is also reducing its FY26 and FY27 EBITDA estimates to $779M and $846M from $874M and $900M respectively to reflect lower Wallboard margins due to higher shipping costs and higher Cement costs, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
