Duravant announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Matthews (MATW) International to acquire its Matthews Automation Solutions business. Matthews Automation Solutions delivers Warehouse Execution System and Warehouse Control System software, controls, and integration services. Known for their Pyramid, Compass, Nexus, and Lightning Pick brands, they help optimize material handling and order fulfillment for omnichannel, ecommerce, and warehouse operations. The company will join Duravant’s Material Handling operating group. The transaction, which remains subject to customary regulatory approvals, is expected to close before March 31, 2026.
