Mr. Recker succeeds Chuck Ferry, who will continue to serve as a member of the board of directors. Mr. Recker will lead Duos’ next phase of growth focused on scaling modular EDCs, expanding GPU hosting capabilities, and executing a disciplined capacity expansion strategy.
