DTE Energy (DTE) President and COO Joi Harris will be named President and CEO of the company on Sept. 8, 2025, succeeding Jerry Norcia, Chairman and CEO, who will transition to serve as Executive Chairman of the Board. The DTE Energy Board of Directors unanimously elected Harris to the post of CEO and as a member of the Board of Directors.
